鞋盒公寓單位 Shoebox Apartment

曾到马里士他路一帶勘察一間公寓單位的風水，單位是非常小型的陽宅，很標準的”鞋盒公寓單位“。

我不說奉承的話，因爲客人聘請我就是想知道我專業的意見。我很坦誠地告訴客人單位裏的格局都不好，有暗角、沖克、劈刀，會引起身體健康不好、精神恍惚等問題。電梯門對著陽宅的大門會讓住的人杯弓蛇影。

除了有多一些設施以外，我堪察過有好多公寓的格局還不如政府組屋。

新加坡很多方面都很優秀，唯獨屋子越建越不好。如果有關單局能夠更重視風水的問題，國人所面對的社會和健康問題就有望能大幅度減少了。

I once did a Feng Shui audit for a condo unit at Balestier area. It was a very small unit and a typical shoebox apartment.

I don’t say flattering words for the sake of currying favour, because the sole reason why customers engage my services is to hear my true professional opinion. I told my client honestly that the unit did not have a good Feng Shui layout, with its hidden corners, clashes and sharp edges. These will lead to weak health and poor focus of the mind. The lift doors facing the apartment’s main door will stir suspicion in the resident’s mind.

Apart from having more facilities, there are many condo units whose layouts are inferior to those of HDB flats.

Singapore is very outstanding in many aspects, but the Feng Shui layouts of the houses are getting worse. If the government can pay more attention to this, the social and health problems that Singaporeans face will have a chance of getting reduced significantly.
